Job Role: Banking Executive - Sales & Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Handle banking products such as Gold Loans, Home Loans, Credit Cards and SWIP.

Generate leads and approach potential customers.

Explain banking products and their advantages to customers.

Follow up with customers and convert leads into applications.

Collect and verify required documents.

Coordinate with the bank/finance team for application processing.

Achieve assigned targets and maintain customer relationships.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Intermediate / Graduation (role-wise)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates (role-wise)

Age: 21–35 years (role-wise)

Gender: Male & Female (both)

Good communication and customer-handling skills preferred.

Salary

₹16,200 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Salary varies based on the role and experience.
