We are seeking a talented individual to join our Innovation & Advanced Analytics (IAA) team at Marsh. This role will be based in India. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The IAA Product Owner is a hands-on, client-facing innovation leader who owns pod priorities, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes. The role combines strong actuarial and analytical grounding, deep domain expertise, product thinking, and strong technical fluency to shape, prototype, and scale analytics-led solutions using AI-enabled ways of working.

Working closely with business stakeholders, market teams, and the broader pod, the IAA Product Owner identifies meaningful problems and opportunities, translates them into actionable use cases, and helps drive solutions from concept through deployment. This role is not limited to prioritization and coordination it requires active involvement in problem framing, solution shaping, prototyping, testing, and adoption.

We will count on you to:

- Own pod priorities, outcomes, and stakeholder alignment across the innovation lifecycle.
- Engage directly with business leaders, client teams, and market stakeholders to identify high-value problems, unmet needs, and innovation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clearly defined use cases, product direction, and delivery priorities for the pod.
- Act as the embedded domain lead within the pod, ensuring solutions are grounded in real workflows, user needs, and business value.
- Use technical fluency and AI-enabled tools to help shape prototypes, refine outputs, test logic, and accelerate iteration.
- Work closely with the Analytics Technical Lead, Forward Deployed Data Engineer, and AI Solutions Analyst to move rapidly from concept to working solution.




- Validate assumptions, challenge impractical ideas, and ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and usable in real business settings.
- Support rollout, adoption, and feedback collection to continuously improve solutions after launch.
- Capture learnings from live deployment and feed them back into the product and development cycle.
- Help create a culture of experimentation, quick learning, and practical delivery within the pod.

What you need to have:

- Strong actuarial or analytical background, with the ability to connect business context to analytical and technical solution design.
- Proven experience in a client-facing, business-facing, or consulting-led analytics environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on builder — not just a subject matter expert or coordinator.
- Strong product and delivery instincts, including prioritisation, problem framing, and iterative execution.
