A quick-growing, progressive manufacturing corporate in the Industrial Packaging and Polymer Films sector is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Senior Area Sales Manager / Sales Head to lead its commercial operations in Ahmedabad. Operating out of our corporate office, you will own the business development pipeline, manage a high-performance sales team, and scale market share across key industrial belts in Gujarat.

? Key Responsibilities

-Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle for our high-demand industrial packaging films and Existing+upcoming specialty BOPP tape manufacturing lines.

Key Account Management: Directly manage, nurture, and expand relationships with top-tier B2B packaging traders, institutional buyers, and large-scale industrial distributors.





Team Leadership & Governance: Supervise, mentor, and track the daily performance, targets, and market routing of junior field executives.

Supply Chain Synchronization: Coordinate daily with the plant production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution, optimal capacity booking, and on-time dispatches.

Commercial Credit Governance: Enforce strict financial discipline across the sales team, ensuring timely collections and maintaining an ultra-healthy cash-conversion cycle.

? Desired Candidate ProfileExperience: 7-8 years years of solid experience in B2B sales within Flexible Packaging, Polymers, Industrial Tapes, or Masterbatches.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, team management, pipeline forecasting, and client-retention skills.

Deep commercial network and working relationships with B2B trading channels and manufacturing hubs across Gujarat.
