About Pooja Kalyani Architect : Pooja Kalyani Architect is a retail architecture and interior design practice specializing in retail stores, commercial spaces, store planning, and execution. We work with leading brands to create functional, aesthetically strong, and commercially effective spaces.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Architect who can independently handle retail architecture and interior projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage retail architecture and interior design projects from concept to execution.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved design and drawings.
- Identify and resolve design, technical, and site-related issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review shop drawings, samples, materials, and mock-ups.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely deliverables.




- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.
- Participate in client presentations and design discussions.
- Maintain high standards of design, detailing, documentation, and execution.
- Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail architecture/interiors.
- Strong knowledge of retail store planning and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D software, Photoshop, MS Office, or similar design tools will be an advantage.
- Robust understanding of materials, finishes, construction details, and site execution.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
