Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including:

Toilet, wash basin, shower area, taps, mirrors, and bathroom floor.

Refill toiletries, toilet paper, and other bathroom amenities.

Change bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, and other linen as required.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust guest rooms and common areas.

Empty dustbins and dispose of waste hygienically.

Check rooms for maintenance issues (leaking taps, broken lights, damaged furniture, etc.) and report them immediately.

Ensure all rooms are clean, fresh, and ready before guest check-in.

Clean corridors, staircases, balconies, reception, and other public areas as assigned.

Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.





Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel cleanliness standards at all times.

Assist with laundry and linen management when required.

Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.

Requirements

Physically fit and willing to perform bathroom and deep-cleaning duties.

Honest, punctual, and responsible.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

As per hotel duty roster, including weekends and public holidays if required.
