? Key Responsibilities:
? Meet a minimum of 10 real estate brokers daily across the Mahim–Matunga–Dadar belt
? Create awareness about project features, pricing, inventory, and offers
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and channel partners
? Generate quality site visits and qualified leads through broker activation
? Support project promotions, walk-ins, broker events, and office visits
? Maintain daily reports of broker meetings, feedback, and sourcing activities
? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sourcing targets
? Identify new broker networks and business opportunities within the assigned territory
? Coordinate with internal sales teams to maximize booking conversions
? Salary:
? Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
? Incentive: ₹99,999+ (Performance-Based)
? Special Incentive: 10% of Booking Value
