ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Execution: The Sales Head develops and implements sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals, identifies new market opportunities, analyzes trends, and creates plans to increase revenue.

Team Leadership and Management: They recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring members have the skills and resources to meet targets. This includes setting individual and team sales goals, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback.

Sales Performance and Metrics: The role involves setting sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics, tracking progress, and taking corrective actions to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: The Sales Head builds and maintains relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs and fostering long-term partnerships.





Collaboration Across Departments: They work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.

Market Analysis and Forecasting: The Sales Head analyzes market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and optimize sales performance.

- Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required; a Master’s degree or MBA /B.TECH
- Experience: 8–10 years in sales, with proven leadership experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills: Solid leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM software, and performance metrics is essential.
