We are looking for an IT & Clinic Software Implementation Executive to manage day-to-day IT requirements and lead the implementation and ongoing management of our clinic management/CRM software.

- Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure and manage clinic management/CRM software.
- Coordinate with the software vendor for implementation, troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Configure workflows for appointments, billing, packages, leads, inventory and patient management.
- Assist with data migration, validation and reporting.
- Train staff and ensure proper software adoption and usage.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and basic data security.
- Maintain computers, printers, networking, Wi-Fi and other IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day hardware and software issues.
- Support the Mohali clinic remotely or on-site when required.
- Candidate ProfileGraduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 2–5 years' experience in IT support, CRM/ERP or software implementation preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware and Excel.
- Experience with healthcare, CRM, ERP or business-management software is an advantage.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
