## Key Responsibilities## Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and social media.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews for filtering.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and departmental heads.

* Manage onboarding processes, documentation, and induction for recent hires. [1, 2, 3, 4]

## Payroll Coordination & Compliance

* Track daily attendance, leaves, and biometric data for payroll.

* Compile monthly inputs and coordinate with Finance for salary release.

* Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.

* Maintain digital records of employee documents and contracts securely. [5, 6, 7]

## Employee Relations & Engagement





* Act as focal point for employee grievances and conflict resolution.

* Design engagement activities to improve workplace morale and culture.

* Implement HR policies consistently across all departments.

* Conduct exit interviews and manage the full final settlement process. [8, 9, 10, 11]

## Performance Management & Training

* Assist the CFO in driving the annual appraisal cycle.

* Identify training needs across departments through manager feedback.

* Organize skill development programs and track training effectiveness. [12, 13]

* Education: MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources.

* Experience: 4–6 years of core HR generalist experience.

* Location: Local candidates residing near Borivali or Western Suburbs preferred.
