Cosmic Mind Hub is looking for a technically strong, experienced and solution-oriented Website, Backend, SEO & Analytics Executive who can independently manage our website, backend operations, SEO, analytics, tracking and other digital technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the complete website & backend

Handle WordPress, plugins, themes, forms and website updates

Create/edit pages and landing pages for webinars, courses, reports and campaigns

Manage website speed, performance, backups and basic security

Troubleshoot website errors and technical issues

Handle On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO

Keyword research and organic ranking optimisation

Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Manage Google Search Console

Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Set up and monitor Meta Pixel

Configure conversion & event tracking

Track leads, registrations, purchases and other important website actions

Analyse website traffic, user behaviour and conversion performance

Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports

Identify where website traffic and leads are coming from

Help improve landing-page and website conversion performance

Support Google Ads & Meta Ads tracking/integrations

Handle payment gateway, CRM, WhatsApp, email and other integrations





Support APIs and website automation

Coordinate with hosting, domain and other technical service providers

Maintain website data and backend records

Additional Skills Preferred Knowledge of the following will be a solid advantage:

HTML/CSS • Basic Digital Marketing • Google Ads • Meta Ads • Looker Studio • CRM • Email Marketing • WhatsApp Integration • API Integration • Automation Tools • Local SEO • Google Business Profile • Basic Graphic Editing

Candidate Profile Strong practical experience in website/backend management

Good working knowledge of SEO & Google Analytics

Understands traffic, leads, conversions and tracking

Technically strong and able to troubleshoot independently

Solution-oriented and comfortable learning new tools

Responsible with company passwords, customer data and confidential information

Organised, dependable and qualified

Able to coordinate with the marketing team and understand campaign requirements

Willing to support other website, digital and technical work when required

Important We are not looking for only a data-entry or basic backend operator.

We need a hands-on technical person who can manage the website and also understand SEO, analytics, tracking, integrations and digital performance.
