Telecaller – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a female Telecaller to join our team at Bright Soul Spa & Salon.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads received through online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer appointments and bookings.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
