- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable agricultural machinery.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and applications.
- Follow up regularly with interested, pending, and quotation customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Maintain proper customer and lead details in the CRM/system.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Service teams for order processing.
- Follow up on quotations, payments, and pending orders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products.
- Maintain daily call, follow-up, lead, conversion, and sales reports.
- Ensure every assigned lead receives timely and proper follow-up.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
- Daily Performance ExpectationsAchieve assigned daily outbound call targets.
- Complete all scheduled follow-ups on time.
- Maintain proper CRM updates for every customer interaction.
