Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into site visits and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for real estate projects.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and investment perks to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate details.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (Real Estate preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
- Strong ability to handle rejections and maintain positive attitude.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and internet research.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
