• Openings: 8

4. Closure Consultant – Tamil

? Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with banks for loan tokens, file processing, approvals & disbursements

• Handle document collection, file processing & down-payment follow-ups

• Manage central login & instant approval processes

• Coordinate loan cancellation with the central team & bank

• Handle loan process subjectivities and customer/RM coordination





• Evaluate and authorize business/credit loan approvals

• Submit loan applications and prepare detailed loan proposals

• Follow up for RTO transfer & bank updates

• Conduct pre-login follow-ups with customers, RM & closure teams

• Provide loan details, delivery schedules & ensure kit signing

? Candidate Profile

• 1–7 years of experience in Auto Loans

• Used Car Loan experience preferred

• Must have worked with more than one bank in Used Car Loans

• DSA experience preferred

• Strong analytical & communication skills

• Hardworking, enterprising & outcome-oriented

• Graduate

• Age: Up to 36 years
