Customer Service & Sales Executive (Computer Store)

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting laptops, desktops, accessories, and computer peripherals.
- Explain product features and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle billing, invoicing, UPI/card/cash payments, and customer records.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online customer queries.
- Create repair job cards and coordinate with technicians.
- Follow up with customers regarding repairs and deliveries.
- Maintain showroom displays,



stock, and cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.
- Promote Primebyte products and services through social media and customer interactions.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Office, Internet).
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Honest, punctual, well-presented, and willing to learn.
