Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and support marketing activities. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through field visits, calls, references, and other marketing activities.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
- Visit clients, dealers, distributors, or business partners as required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase business.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports,



and customer follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, sales, and business activities.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and presentation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Qualification & Experience:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
