We are seeking an cutting-edge faculty member to lead Financial Accounting and related finance subjects within our specialized BBA in AI program. This role moves beyond traditional lecture-based accounting education, focusing on experiential learning where fundamental accounting principles are seamlessly integrated with modern AI tools, automated financial workflows, and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Integrated Teaching & Delivery: With the help of our in-house Applied AI Trainer, deliver undergraduate core and elective courses—including Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Statement Analysis—by embedding AI workflows (e.g., automated journalizing, AI-assisted reconciliation, intelligent audit tools, and LLM-based financial query parsing) directly into class sessions.

Curriculum & Lab Design: Design course curricula, case studies, and hands-on lab modules that teach students how to pair standard accounting frameworks (IFRS/GAAP) with modern analytics platforms, automated reporting tools, and generative AI interfaces.

Modern Assessment & Project Mentorship: Develop competency-based evaluation methods, moving past rote calculations to assess student proficiency through real-world simulation projects, automated financial model audits, and AI-driven capstones.

Academic Guidance & Mentorship: Guide undergraduate students on applied finance-AI projects, industry certifications, research initiatives,



and career pathways in modern corporate finance and fintech.

Research & Institutional Contribution: Publish applied research or case studies at the intersection of accounting, automation, and AI. Participate actively in departmental committees, accreditation processes, and curriculum review boards.

Required Qualifications

Academic Credentials: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (M.Com, MBA-Finance). Ph.D. completed or in advanced stages is strongly preferred.

Professional Certifications (Preferred): CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA.

Experience: 2–5 years of combined teaching or corporate industry experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.

Core Subject Mastery: Robust conceptual grasp of financial accounting principles, corporate reporting, and IFRS/Ind-AS/GAAP standards.

Required Technical & Pedagogical Skills

Applied AI in Accounting: Preferred but not mandatory - Working familiarity with applying AI tools in finance—such as leveraging LLMs for financial analysis, prompt design for balance sheet interpretation, automated spreadsheet scripting, or basic Python/data tools for financial data pipelines.

Modern Classroom Facilitation: Proven ability to run interactive, problem-based learning sessions and design tech-enabled classroom exercises.

Analytical Problem Solving: Strong capability to dissect complex business problems and translate them into teachable, automation-ready accounting workflows.
