Designation: Telecaller Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Real Estate / Residential Apartments Experience: 1–3 years preferred Location: Chennai Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining available residential projects, scheduling site visits, and following up with leads to generate sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company’s lead database. Understand customers’ requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences. Explain project details, apartment specifications, pricing, amenities, and offers. Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication. Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team. Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain lead status. Update customer details, call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/ERP systems.



Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Maintain a proper database of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and site-visit targets. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective customers. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and negotiation abilities. Customer-oriented approach. Solid follow-up and lead management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Tamil ; knowledge of other local languages will be an advantage. Qualifications Any graduate or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
