About the Role We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead our creative design team and produce visually compelling print designs for high-profile fashion retail brands. In this leadership role, you'll drive creative vision, manage design projects with precision, and set the quality standards for all visual deliverables. You'll work closely with creative teams to ensure brand consistency while staying ahead of industry trends. Pune or Bengaluru | Non-Voice | Full-Time Position Overview Position Level: Lead (Team Leadership) Shift: EST General Shift, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM FTEs Required:1 Key Responsibilities Create visually compelling print designs that align with brand identity, demonstrating strong typography, spatial composition, and attention to detail Consistently uphold high standards of speed, precision, and visual quality across all work Implement design changes efficiently and accurately throughout the creative process Apply feedback from partners and creative teams to refine designs and meet deadlines Ensure brand consistency across all designs, following guidelines set by creative leadership Stay current with design and social media trends, particularly in the fashion and retail industries Education:



Graduate or Post-Graduate degree Experience: 5–7 years of graphic design experience in print with a strong branding focus, including team leadership and a clear, thoughtful approach to space and typography in print design Language : English (fluent) Essential Skills & Competencies Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proven ability to design visually compelling print pieces with strong spatial design ability, typography, and color usage Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and responsive behaviour in everyday interactions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Detail-oriented with a robust ability to follow directions and ensure accuracy in execution Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in fashion retail design or similar industries Working Conditions Location: Pune or Bengaluru (as per company preference) Type: Full-Time Position Shift: General EST 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
