Job Title: Microsoft Copilot Solution Architect Role Purpose As a Copilot Solution Architect, you will design the overall technical architecture for Microsoft 365 Copilot and custom AI agents, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance while aligning with organizational enterprise standards. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategy, and guiding implementation teams to build secure, high-impact AI adoption frameworks. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Design: Design end-to-end Copilot and AI agent architectures (HLD/LLD), Security & Governance: Define Copilot governance models, Integration & Development: Integrate Copilot with internal systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS), SharePoint, Graph API, and Teams using plugins, connectors, and custom actions. Adoption & Strategy: Lead technical discovery workshops, identify high-value AI use cases, and create roadmaps for AI-driven transformation. Pre-Sales & Consultancy: Support sales teams by building Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical demos, and proposals. Performance Analytics: Develop dashboards (using Power BI/Viva Insights) to measure AI adoption, usage, and ROI. Required Skillsets Microsoft 365 & Copilot:



Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio (including PVA/bots, topics, actions, and plugins). Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Azure OpenAI, Generative AI models, prompt engineering, and LLMs at enterprise scale. Governance & Compliance: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Entra ID (Azure AD), data classification, and security baselines. Development Tools: Experience with Power Platform (Apps, Automate), Graph API, JSON, and low-code/no-code patterns. Enterprise Architecture: Proven experience with CI/CD, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for AI models, and Azure DevOps. Experience & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in solution, platform, or enterprise architecture roles, with at least 1–2+ years focused specifically on AI/Copilot capabilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or related Microsoft 365/Security certifications. Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
