JD for ServiceNow IRM QA

Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for ServiceNow GRC apps.

Validate functionality in Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity modules.

Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT support testing.

Validate workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, ACLs, and integrations.

Review requirements to ensure complete test coverage.

Conduct API testing and integration validation using Postman.

Validate data migration, reports, dashboards, and security configurations.

Ensure compliance with company QA standards and best practices.

Provide test summary reports and quality metrics for each release.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF and other tools.

Identify, log, track, and verify defects using management tools.

Collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
