Job Summary n

We are hiring an experienced and well-networked Vice President / President – Sales to lead business development and AUM mobilisation across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

n

The ideal candidate should have an established network of Mutual Fund Distributors, IFAs, Channel Partners, Family Offices, HNIs and UHNIs , along with a proven track record of generating substantial business across PMS, RIA, AIF and wealth-management products .

n

This is a senior, target-driven role for a professional capable of independently building distribution relationships, activating channel partners and closing large-ticket investments.

Key Responsibilities n

· Build and expand a solid network of MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Advisors and Channel Partners .

n

· Identify, acquire, onboard and activate high-potential distribution partners.

n

· Drive AUM mobilisation and revenue across PMS, RIA and AIF products .

n

· Increase partner productivity, wallet share, repeat business and sales conversions.

n

· Develop relationships with Family Offices, HNIs, UHNIs,



Corporate Treasuries and institutional investors .

n

· Generate direct and bulk investment business through existing relationships and personal networks.

n

· Conduct partner meetings, product presentations, investment discussions and business reviews.

n

· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and monitor partner activation, conversion, AUM and revenue.

n

- Represent Ckredence at distributor meets, investor forums, networking events and industry conferences.
n
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence and market penetration across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
n

Candidate Profile nn
- 10–12+ years of experience in AMC Sales, PMS Sales, AIF Sales, Wealth Management, Mutual Fund Distribution or Investment Advisory .
n
- Strong and active network of MFDs, IFAs and Channel Partners across Western Mumbai and South Mumbai.
n
- Proven track record in distributor acquisition, partner activation and AUM mobilisation.
n
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, RIA, AIF and investment products.
n
- Existing relationships with Family Offices, HNIs and UHNIs will be a major advantage.
n
- Ability to independently source, negotiate and close large-ticket investment business.
n
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
n
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven and highly target-oriented.
n
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.
