The Project Manager – Cultfit Projects is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Cult Projects across assigned regions. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors and contractors, ensuring design and quality standards, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Project Planning & Execution

n

n
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from site handover to completion.
n
- Prepare Project schedules(WBS)
n
- Assess site feasibility and coordinate with Design, Operations, Business, and Procurement teams for approvals.
n
- Conduct detailed site surveys and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
n
- Prepare project BOQs, budget estimates, and track cost utilization.
n
- Monitor cost overruns and maintain transparent budget reporting.
n
- Coordinate with Operations for smooth center/store launch.
n

2. Vendor, Contractor & Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Coordinate with consultants, civil & interior contractors and equipment vendors
n
- Lead daily calls with internal teams and vendor execution teams.
n
- Ensure vendors follow Cultfit's quality, material, and safety guidelines and protocols.
n




- Resolve on-ground execution challenges efficiently to avoid project delays.
n
- Conduct quality checks across Civil & Interior, Electrical, HVAC, equipment installation, and finishing.
n

3. Reporting & Documentation

n

n
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, WBS updates, snag lists, and handover documents.
n
- Track project progress using dashboards and present status updates to leadership.
n
- Ensure proper documentation for site handover, project closure, and contractor billing.
n

Required Skills & Competencies

n

n
- Strong project planning and execution capability.
n
- Knowledge of Civil, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, and Interior works (end-to-end fit-out experience).
n
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously.
n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

Experience & Qualifications

n

n
- 10-12 years of experience in Retail Fit-Out, Commercial Interior Projects, Hospitality, or Gym/Studio Build-outs.
n
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
