Key Responsibilities:

n

* Conduct classroom and online training sessions on various financial market segments including Equity, Derivatives (F&O;), Technical Analysis, and Fundamental Analysis.

n

* Train students on stock market concepts such as market operations, chart analysis, indicators, candlestick patterns, Futures & Options, risk management, portfolio building, and trading psychology.

n

* Prepare students for NISM/NCFM certification modules through structured training and exam-oriented preparation.

n

* Develop and update training content, study materials, mock tests, assignments, and practical learning modules.

n

* Provide live market demonstrations using trading platforms and explain real-time market movements and trading opportunities.

n

* Guide students in developing trading and investment strategies with proper risk management techniques.

n

* Explain market concepts related to intraday trading, swing trading, positional trading, long-term investing,



and portfolio diversification.

* Keep training content updated as per current market trends, SEBI regulations, and exchange guidelines.

n

* Mentor students for career opportunities, internships, and qualified growth in financial markets.

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
n
- 2–3+ years of experience in stock market trading, investing, portfolio management, or financial market training.
n
- Solid knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Technical Analysis, and Fundamental Analysis.
n
- NISM/NCFM certifications are preferred.
n
- Hands-on experience with live markets, trading platforms, and market analysis tools.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
n
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and practical manner.
n
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
n
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi will be an added advantage.
