Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home) n Handling customer complaints and follow-ups n Handling calls — both inbound and outbound n Having knowledge of Home Care Services n Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services. n Home Care operations assigned by supervisor n n n Desired Skills : n n Valuable communication skills — both verbal and written n Great interpersonal skills and team work ability n Good analytical skills and quick thinking n Dedication and passion to meet and exceed customer expectations — both internal and external n Positive, pro-active, motivated with “can-do” attitude n n n Qualifications: n Experience in healthcare/service industry/BPO n n Interested candidates can share their cv on - n
