As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead project execution and delivery across our growing portfolio.

n

About the Role

n

As the Head of Projects, you will lead the end-to-end execution of premium workplace and commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery excellence across quality, cost, timelines, and client satisfaction.

n

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and team leadership while driving consistency, predictability, and continuous improvement across all projects.

n

This role requires a strong leader with expertise in commercial interiors, project execution, construction management, MEP coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Project Delivery & Execution

n

n
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple workplace and commercial interior fit-out projects from project initiation through handover.
n
- Establish robust project management frameworks, governance standards, and execution processes.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
n
- Drive execution excellence by improving predictability, speed, efficiency, and operational discipline across projects.
n
- Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and executive reports to leadership and clients.
n

n

Planning, Scheduling & Operational Excellence

n

n
- Develop detailed project plans, execution strategies, and resource schedules.
n
- Manage project timelines using tools such as MS Project, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Sprints.
n
- Coordinate closely with Design,



Procurement, Finance, and Site teams to ensure seamless execution.
n
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve execution challenges.
n
- Continuously improve project planning, reporting, and monitoring processes.
n

Quality, Compliance & Risk Management

n

n
- Establish quality standards, inspection processes, and project governance frameworks.
n
- Conduct quality reviews, audits, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive continuous improvement.
n
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, safety standards, and internal quality processes.
n
- Monitor project performance against key delivery metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
n

Client, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and strategic partners.
n
- Lead project review meetings and ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders.
n
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, quality, and delivery commitments.
n
- Resolve escalations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
n

Team Leadership

n

- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams across multiple locations.
n
- Build a high-performance culture driven by accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.
n
- Drive resource planning, workforce allocation, and project prioritization.
n
- Establish structured reporting systems, performance reviews, and governance mechanisms.
n
- Coach and develop project managers and site teams to strengthen execution capability.
n

What We're Looking For

- Proven leadership experience in commercial interior fit-out and workplace project delivery.
n
- Strong expertise in project planning,



execution, and operational excellence.
n
- Deep understanding of Commercial Interiors (C&I;), MEP coordination, and construction methodologies.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and project profitability.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
n
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
n
- 15+ years of experience in project management within commercial interiors, workplace design & build, commercial real estate, or allied industries.
n
- Proven experience managing multiple high-value commercial interior fit-out projects simultaneously.
n
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Interiors (C&I;), MEP systems, construction methodologies, and project controls.
n
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, or equivalent project management platforms.
n
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, quality systems, and client satisfaction.
