Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to drive day-to-day delivery execution across client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on project management, team coordination, and direct customer interaction, and who wants to grow into broader delivery leadership.

Primary Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in project delivery/project coordination, ideally in IT services or consulting
n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
n
- Comfortable leading small teams and working directly with clients
n
- Experience coordinating with staffing/resourcing functions to fulfill project needs
n
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
n
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet) is a plus
n
- PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 certification is a plus but not mandatory
n

Responsibilities include:

Delivery Management

n

- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met
n
- Track project plans, milestones, and deliverables; proactively flag and resolve risks/blockers
n
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (technical, functional, QA)

- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance trackers

Team Handling

- Manage a small-to-mid sized project team, allocating tasks and monitoring progress
n
- Support team members with day-to-day guidance, unblocking issues, and performance follow-ups

- Foster a collaborative team workplace and help onboard new joiners to the project
n

Customer Management

n

n
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders on assigned engagements
n
- Run regular status calls, prepare and present progress updates
n
- Manage client expectations, gather feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels
n
- Escalate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
n

n

Resource/Sourcing Requirement Management

n

n
- Identify project resourcing needs and coordinate with internal talent/sourcing teams to fulfill open requirements
n
- Track resource requirements against project plans and timelines
n
- Coordinate interviews/evaluations for role fulfillment where needed
n
- Maintain visibility on bench, backfill needs, and ramp-up/ramp-down plans
