Job Description

An Australian-based Tour & Travel Company is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Travel & Tour Manager to join our Kochi office.

We are looking for a professional with excellent English communication skills, strong knowledge of the travel industry, and proven experience in sales, marketing, staff management, Amadeus ticketing, and BSP accounting.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Manage and lead the travel team and achieve monthly sales targets.
n
- Develop and sell domestic and international tour packages.
n
- Conduct market research to identify new travel trends, destinations, products, and business opportunities.
n
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
n
- Monitor, review, and improve the performance of staff and sales team.
n
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
n
- Manage airline reservations and ticketing using Amadeus.
n
- Handle ticketing, reissues, refunds, cancellations, and airline servicing.
n
- Manage BSP accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
n
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
n
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
n




- Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
n

Requirementsnn
- Proven experience as a Travel Manager, Tour Manager, Senior Travel Consultant, or similar role.
n
- Excellent spoken and written English.
n
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
n
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and market research.
n
- Experience managing and reviewing staff performance.
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus reservation and ticketing.
n
- Experience with BSP accounting and reconciliation.
n
- Good knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, refunds, and reissues.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
n

Salaryn

₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
