Responsibilities :

Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS

Design, build, and maintain SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations

Manage integrations between SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and systems like POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS

Act as the technical escalation point for production issues

Support deployments, upgrades, and environment releases

Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes

Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams

Guide and mentor junior team members

Additional Responsibilities:

Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS / Cloud implementations

Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises

Experience working in 24x7 support models

Technical and Skilled Requirements:

Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS

Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations

Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem (RMS, SIM, Xstore preferred)

Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring

Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and troubleshooting logs

Experience working in production support / AMS environments/implementation
