Key Responsibilities -

HR Strategy & Processes: Design, implement, and streamline complete HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance management systems aligned with business goals.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, technical, and plant operations. Manage seamless onboarding and orientation processes.

Plant & Workforce Management: Direct blue-collar and white-collar workforce management, shift planning support, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.

Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant labor laws (Factories Act, Provident Fund, ESI, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labor Act). Maintain statutory registers and manage legal inspections.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Resolve workplace grievances, enforce disciplinary procedures, and implement engagement programs to lower attrition and boost morale.

Payroll & Compensation: Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance integration, tax compliance, and performance-based incentive programs.





Training & Development: Identify training needs across plant and non-plant teams, execute skill-enhancement programs, and track performance improvements.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 12 to 15 years of core HR experience, with robust preference for candidates from FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors.

Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or Master’s in Personnel Management / Social Work (MSW).

Process Knowledge: Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of end-to-end HR operational processes and statutory compliance.

Software Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools, payroll software, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Competencies: Strong leadership, conflict management, negotiation skills, and clear communication.
