Job Description: Senior Warehouse Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse
operations, inventory management, material recovery, factory operations, compliance, and material
sales. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse and processing operations, maximizing
inventory value, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving revenue through effective material
disposal and buyer management.
Key Responsibilities
 Lead warehouse and factory operations, including receipt, segregation, storage, dismantling,
processing, inventory management, and dispatch of materials.
 Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, warehouse space, and processing
capacity.
 Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP management, stock audits, and process controls.
 Drive warehouse and factory productivity, material recovery, quality, and cost optimization.
 Develop and manage relationships with recyclers, buyers, and downstream partners.
 Negotiate pricing, execute material sales, and achieve revenue targets.
 Ensure compliance with E-Waste Rules, CPCB/SPCB regulations, EHS standards,



and factory
safety protocols.
 Lead warehouse and factory teams, monitor performance, and drive operational discipline.
 Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and business teams for seamless
operations.
 Prepare operational and commercial reports, including inventory, production, sales, and
warehouse performance.
 Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and continuous operational
excellence.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
 8–12 years of experience in warehouse, factory, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial
operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
 Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, production planning,
material recovery, commercial sales, and regulatory compliance.
