Job Description:

We are looking for a HSE professional to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace across our manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for driving HSE initiatives, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in safety performance.
The Job:
• Responsible for planning and deployment of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and standards across all operations.
• Drive achievement of the Plant HSE deliverables, including adherence to safety standards, Safe Work System (SWS) implementation, compliance requirements, budget management, etc.
• Audit and review workplace inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification exercises to ensure a safe working environment.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and coordinate timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with PPE requirements, safe work practices, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures.



Coordinate fire safety activities, mock drills, emergency preparedness programs, and first-aid initiatives.
• Laise with all HSE statutory authorities and regulatory bodies for renewals, accreditations and audits.
The Person Essential: Should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data to support strategic and operational decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or any related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the in Health, Safety & Compliance functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.
• Certificated in State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET).
• Strong Interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
