- Portfolio Tracking: Monitor assigned member or borrower portfolios to track overdue accounts and reduce delinquency rates.
- Field Visits & Recovery: Conduct regular field visits and center meetings to interact with clients, negotiate repayment schedules, and secure timely collections.
- Cross-Selling: Generate secondary leads for retail asset products like micro-housing or micro-LAP (Loan Against Property) from reliable existing members.
- Process Compliance: Follow internal banking policies, audit rules, and regulatory guidelines during all cash or digital recoveries.
- Data Reporting: Update customer interaction logs, record daily collections, and report metrics to branch managers.
