Job Purpose
• Handle new generation applications using cloud enabled technologies with help of new generation application development processes
• Interact with cross functional business teams to understand business needs and prioritize requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for understanding the requirement and converting the same into relevant documents to ensure IT implementation and delivery for SME/Consumer/PL/Salaried/Collection verticals
• Handle new generation applications using cloud enabled technologies with help of new generation application development processes
• Responsible for managing medium to large project management on Business transformation and re-engineering.
• Responsible for managing project management components like project initiation, planning, ROI estimation and execution.
• Robust technology adoption, project delivery and domain experience in Consumer business and Financial domain.
• Will be responsible for working on Salesforce CRM platform on which Bajaj Finance has developed CRM and Underwriting systems
• Ability to manage a team of Developers and Delivery & Support staff
• Work with internal IT teams to ensure delivery of the agreed solutions
• Test new builds for all scenarios & production outcomes
• Manage SFDC Delivery, Production Issue & support activities.
• Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries.
• Responsible for management of operational issues and interface with IT delivery managers,



business units and QA team for resolution.
• Provide an effective liaison between the business units and technology team

• Decisions in solutions through technology, innovation
• Tackle production issues

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
• Min. Qualification required is Graduation
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Require hands on experience on minimum one of Apex, NodeJS/Angular JS, Java, HTML5/CSS3, C/C++
• Experience of Integration of SFDC with other Applications (using AppExchange or Web services) and Hands on experience on Salesforce will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer.
• Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.)
• Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions
• Need Experience in designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations
b) Work Experience
• Relevant work experience of 6 to 8 Years
