Aaliya Deeba is a couture label specializing in customized bridal wear and sophisticated ready-to-wear. Established in 2015 under Ideebs Fashion Company, we've showcased in London, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad — and we're growing fast.

Read this before applying — we're specific about who we need:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fashion, bridal, or luxury retail. Sales experience in other industries (insurance, real estate, telecom, electronics) will not qualify. Freshers will not be considered.

- You must understand fashion — fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes, and what suits different body types. You'll be advising brides on the most important outfit of their life; you can't learn this on the job.

- You must be a closer. Not someone who assists browsing — someone who converts consultations into confirmed orders and has the numbers to prove it.

The role

n

You'll own the client journey from first enquiry (walk-in, Instagram, WhatsApp) to final delivery. But here's what separates good from outstanding in this role, and what we'll measure you on:

- Converting consultations and enquiries into confirmed orders
n
- Expanding every order — a bride who came for one wedding outfit should leave having considered her reception, mehendi, sangeet, and walima looks too
n
- Growing the family basket — styling the mother, sisters, and bridesmaids who come along, so one bride becomes five clients
n
- Running fittings, coordinating customization with our design and production teams, maintaining CRM and follow-ups

Fixed salary plus performance incentives on sales targets — the more you convert and expand orders, the more you earn. We want someone motivated by their own numbers, with real skin in the game.
