To lead the Goa sub-office with a team size of 5 and drive revenue growth by delivering print-led and 360° integrated marketing solutions, while building a strong pipeline, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring consistent target achievement.

- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual AOP targets

- Ensure strong pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal closures

- Client & Market Development

- Develop new on-ground activation ideas tailored to the Goa market
