Role Summary:

Indian IT MNC looking for a senior Creative Director for their Bangalore based internal creative agency. The role needs someone who can do both:

n

Lead solid creative thinking, storytelling, design direction, and campaign development;

n

Bring Account Planning capability - understand the business problem, define the proposition, and translate into powerful creative work.

n

Looking for someone with experience across Brand, Campaigns, Integrated Comms, Design Systems, & Stakeholder facing Strategic Thinking.

n

Ideal background:

n

Creative Director / Design Director / Strategy-led Creative. Strong Portfolio + ability to work with senior stakeholders.

n

Qualifications & Experience:

n

n
- 12+ years of experience in creative leadership, advertising, design, or integrated marketing communications.
n
- Experience as a Creative Director, Design Director, Associate Creative Director, or Strategy-led Creative Leader.
n
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building,



integrated campaigns, storytelling, and creative problem solving.
n
- Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with creative execution.
n
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
n

Preferred Background:

- Agency, brand, consulting, or large enterprise marketing experience.
n
- Exposure to brand systems, campaigns, corporate communications, and digital experiences.
n
- Strong understanding of branding, design systems, content strategy, and integrated communications.
