Job Descriptionn

Mahathi IT Technologies is inviting applications from certified Medical Coders for 40 openings across Surgery Coding, Evaluation & Management (E/M) Coding, and HCC Risk Adjustment Coding.

n

We are looking for candidates with solid coding knowledge, an understanding of coding guidelines, and the ability to accurately review clinical documentation and assign appropriate codes.

Surgery Coders

n

n
- Review surgical and procedural documentation
n
- Apply appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
n
- Ensure coding accuracy, documentation support, and compliance
n

n

E/M Coders

n

n
- Review Evaluation & Management documentation
n
- Apply current E/M coding and documentation guidelines
n
- Determine appropriate code selection based on documented services
n

n





HCC Coders

n

n
- Review medical records for accurate diagnosis coding
n
- Apply ICD-10-CM and HCC risk-adjustment coding guidelines
n
- Ensure reported diagnoses are supported by clinical documentation
n

Mandatory Qualificationn

CPC or CCS certification is mandatory.

Preferred Specialty Fellowshipsn

Candidates holding relevant specialty fellowship credentials will be preferred:

- FGSCTM – Fellowship in General Surgery Coding
n
- FEMCTM – Fellowship in E/M Coding
n
- FIMC-HCC – Fellowship in HCC Coding
