EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

n

n

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.

n

n

WORK EXPERIENCE (Industry, Area of experience, Years of Experience)

n

n

5–10 years of experience in precast detailing for the real estate or construction industry , particularly on high-rise buildings .

n

n

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

n

n

Comfortable working with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, etc.) and reading complex blueprints.Capable of identifying potential design conflicts and offering practical, cost-effective solutions. Keeps up with advancements in design tools, materials, and construction technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n

n
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and erection plans for precast concrete elements including slabs, beams, columns, wall panels, staircases, and other structural components.
n

n

n

n
- Develop 2D and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD,



Revit, Tekla Structures (preferred), and SolidWorks .
n

n

n

n
- Coordinate closely with structural engineers, architects, MEP teams, and project managers to ensure design intent and integration.
n

n

n

n
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into exact precast detailing.
n

n

n

n
- Review and verify dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, lifting and handling considerations.
n

n

n

n
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and support production teams with required documentation.
n

n

n

n
- Attend design coordination meetings and site visits as required.
n

n

n

n
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices .
n

n

n

n
- Identify and resolve design issues proactively to avoid delays in fabrication or construction.
n
