About the Role

n

We are looking for a Business Operations professional to drive the Imports function through strong data analysis, Excel-based reporting, operational tracking and problem-solving .

n

The role will work closely with Supply, Finance, Logistics and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Own MIS, dashboards and trackers for imports, shipments, inventory, costs and payments.
n
- Analyse large datasets using Excel to identify trends, variances, inefficiencies and business insights.
n
- Track the end-to-end import journey.
n
- Manage landed cost calculations, reconciliation and variance tracking with Finance.
n
- Track shipment timelines, quantities, inventory and operational deviations.
n
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
n




- Identify operational gaps and drive data-backed problem solving and process improvements .
n
- Support import documentation, compliance and other operational requirements.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Imports/Exports, Logistics or Analytics.
n
- Strong Excel skills — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis and reconciliation.
n
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.
n
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert numbers into actionable insights.
n
- Solid ownership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
