B2B Content Writer (3–4 years) — IT/Staffing/Digital Marketing Shift: 1:00 pm–10:00 pm (Monday–Friday)

We're hiring a creative, detail-oriented B2B Content Writer to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that builds brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and supports our marketing strategy across IT services, staffing/recruitment, and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

- Write engaging, SEO-optimized blogs, website/landing/service pages, case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks.
n
- Create content for IT services, staffing solutions, recruitment, SEO, PPC, and broader digital marketing.
n
- Develop LinkedIn articles, email campaigns, newsletters, and other lead-gen assets.
n
- Conduct keyword research and collaborate with SEO to improve organic visibility.
n
- Research industry trends and craft thought leadership for business audiences.
n
- Update and optimize existing website content to boost rankings and engagement.
n
- Maintain brand voice and alignment with business objectives.
n
- Proofread and edit for quality and accuracy.
n
- Coordinate with designers, digital marketers, and account managers for campaign execution.

Required skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Strong research and analytical abilities.

- Proven B2B writing experience for IT, Staffing, SaaS, or Digital Marketing companies.
n
- Solid grasp of SEO content writing and keyword optimization.
n
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
n
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms (nice to have).
n
- Basic understanding of AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3–4 years of skilled content writing experience.
n
- Portfolio of published B2B work (blogs, articles, case studies, website content, etc.) is mandatory.
