Architect – Design Development & Coordination (8–12 Years)

Experience

8–12 Years

Qualification

n

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
n
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design and coordination software.
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and refine architectural design concepts for large-scale residential projects.
n
- Support the Team Lead in preparing concept design options and incorporating management feedback.
n
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Landscape, Interior and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
n
- Manage and mentor associate architects while ensuring timely delivery of presentation, approval and Positive for Construction (GFC) drawings.
n
- Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress, resolve design-related issues and ensure design intent is maintained.
n
- Drive the adoption of new design technologies and promote continuous learning within the team.

Regulatory Approvals & Liaison

n

n




- Coordinate with liaison consultants, architects and statutory authorities to obtain required project approvals.
n
- Represent the organization before regulatory authorities, including MOEF/SEAC, for statutory clearances.
n
- Review and validate sanction drawings before submission.
n

n

Technical Review & Documentation

n

n
- Review area statements, sale drawings and agreement drawings with reference to approved plans.
n
- Review and approve GFC drawings across all disciplines, including: Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing (PHE), Fire Fighting & Fire Protection, HVAC, Landscape, Interiors, Vendor Drawings
n
- Ensure timely issuance of drawings to internal stakeholders and project sites.
n
- Maintain complete project documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
n

Preferred Candidate Profile

n

n
- Hands-on experience in the design and coordination of large-scale, high-rise residential developments .
n
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, statutory approval processes and multidisciplinary design coordination.
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects within defined timelines.
n
