Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring for Collection Team Leader in DRA certification.

n

n
- Manage a team responsible for credit card collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers.
n
- Oversee daily operations, including telephonic conversations with customers to resolve queries and negotiate payments.
n
- Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates by providing training and coaching to team members.
n
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, SLA management, DRA certification, and target achievement.
n
- Ensure compliance with banking collection processes and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

n

n
- 3-8 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in collections process knowledge.
n
- Dra certified qualified with strong understanding of credit card collection procedures.
n
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction during telephone conversations.
n
- Ability to manage teams effectively through team handling, supervision, motivation, planning & execution.
