- Achieve overall sales and brand-wise targets within an assigned territory for IVF equipment like micromanipulators, CO2 incubators, laminar flow systems, microscopes, etc.

- Manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships with embryologists and clinicians in IVF Labs.
n
- Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and conduct competitor analysis.
n
- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and execute sales strategies for the territory.
n
- Use CRM for managing product and customer-related information.
n
- Prepare a monthly travel plan and report daily activity updates to the reporting manager.
n
- Work closely with the service and application team to support customer query resolution.
n
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to visit customers as and when needed.

Job Specification:

- Excellent communication & Presentation Skills.

- Strong technical and product knowledge of micromanipulators, incubators, laminar flow systems, and microscopes.

- In-depth understanding of IVF equipment & consumables markets.
n
- Hands-on experience in using G Suits, MS Office, and CRM.
n
- Willingness to travel across the region.
n
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork, valuable team player skills.

Experience: 3-5 years

Having core experience in selling research equipment, specifically IVF equipment, will be a big plus.
