Role Requirements

- 10+ years of overall IT experience

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in:

- Strong experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in integration and cloud technologies

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Act as a hands-on SME for MuleSoft and OpenShift platform operations
n
- Manage and support MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform deployments in enterprise environments
n
- Handle CI/CD deployment, enhancement activities, pipeline issues, and platform troubleshooting
n
- Support and optimize RTF, OpenShift, and AKS-based deployments
n
- Work closely with DevOps, cloud, and application teams for platform reliability and improvement
n
- Troubleshoot integration, deployment, and platform performance issues
n
- Implement best practices around web security, performance optimization, and platform stability
n
- Support code quality,



monitoring, observability, and release governance processes
n
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise tools and cloud infrastructure
n
- Provide technical guidance and SME-level support for platform improvements and issue resolution
n
