N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research (NLDIMSR), Mumbai, invites applications from accomplished academic leaders for the position of Dean – Academics.

n

We are seeking a visionary qualified who can provide strategic academic leadership, drive innovation in teaching and learning, strengthen research excellence, and lead accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Provide strategic direction for academic programs and policies

n

• Lead curriculum development and academic quality enhancement

n

• Drive accreditation, rankings, and regulatory compliance initiatives

n

• Foster a culture of research, publications, and faculty development

n

• Strengthen industry-academia collaborations and global partnerships

n

• Ensure excellence in student learning outcomes and academic governance

n

Eligibility

n

• Ph.D.



in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university

n

• Minimum 15 years of academic experience in higher education

n

• At least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role such as Dean, Associate Dean, Academic Director, Professor & Head, or equivalent

n

• Proven experience in accreditation, curriculum design, faculty leadership, and institutional development

n
