About the Role

n

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to lead and manage a B2C/Telesales team. The role involves driving sales performance, managing a large team, achieving business targets, and ensuring operational and process excellence.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Lead and manage a B2C/Telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

n

• Monitor team and individual performance against key sales KPIs.

n

• Coach, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders and sales executives to improve productivity and conversions.

n

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

n

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

n

• Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of customer and team-related issues.

n

• Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

n

• Prepare and review performance reports and identify areas for improvement.

n





• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and overall business performance.

n

Candidate Requirements

n

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2C Sales / Telesales.

n

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling, preferably managing large teams.

n

• Strong experience in hardcore sales and target-driven environments.

n

• Experience in Outbound Sales / Inside Sales is mandatory.

n

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

n

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

n

• Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver sales targets.

n

• Comfortable working in a 6-day working environment with 1 rotational off.

n

• Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
