Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients through research and outbound activities. Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
n
- Support campaign management and lead nurturing activities.
n
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
n
- Build strong professional relationships with customers.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

n

n
- Experience: 1+ year in Business Development or Inside Sales.
n
- Must have experience in cold calling and lead generation for US regions.
n
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.
n
- Robust knowledge of campaign management and outbound sales activities.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
n
- Prior experience in IT Services/Software companies is mandatory.
n
- Responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
n
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective follow-ups.
n
- Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

- Must possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
n
