Roles & Responsibilities:

n

 Responsible for Program Management: Manage multiple challenging projects concurrently from initiation through execution and closure.

n

 Monitor project progress throughout the project lifecycle, communicate project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations, and individual meetings.

n

 Build and provide direction to project teams, create and foster communication among team members.

n

 Manage Kick-off Meetings (multi-geographical, multi-vertical Fortune 1000 Global customers).

n

 Customer Engagement: coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

n

 Enable Presales & Pilots for Tech Wins.

n

 Support contract & SOW reviews & address prospect concerns during the sales process.

n

 Identify resource needs, constraints, and inter-dependencies.

n

 Capture and manage project risks and issues and associated mitigation strategies.

n

 Proactively engage other members & collaborate of the organization with specific subject knowledge to resolve issues or provide assistance.

n

 Monitor and control project budgets.

n

 Provide project management training, assistance, and mentoring on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

n





 Utilize analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related problems.

n

 Resource Planning & mentoring the internal team.

n

 Lead Current Initiatives: Enable brainstorming sessions with the team to gather innovative approaches.

n

Qualifications & Skills:

n

 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

n

 Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant industry certifications would be advantageous.

n

 Minimum 5 years of experience required in roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar customer-facing positions.

n

 Hands-on experience in a project management role and delivering multiple and complex projects (Operations / Transitions / Migrations/ Supply Chain/ Procurement-S2P, P2P, and S2C).

n

 Candidates having an enterprise software background in the initial career phase and gradually moved to a Project Management role.

n

 Experience in handling complex large projects and risk management.

n

 Excellent stakeholder management skills.

n

 Project artifacts Documentation and sign off.

n

 Good at Team Management.

n

 Excellent oral & written communication skills.

n

 Should be proficient in client interactions.
