Talent Marketing & Campus Recruitment Coordinator(Handshake Experience Required) (India)

Position Summary

Cube Hub is seeking a highly organized and creative Talent Marketing & Campus Recruitment Coordinator to support our U.S. recruiting team. This individual will be responsible for managing our Handshake employer account, maintaining an active pipeline of student and early-career candidates, promoting job opportunities through social media, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about talent acquisition and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Cube Hub's Handshake employer account.
- Post, update, and monitor job openings on Handshake and other university career platforms.
- Keep all job postings current and ensure timely closure of filled positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of student, recent graduate, and entry-level candidates.
- Research and connect with universities, career centers, and student organizations across the U.S.
- Coordinate virtual campus recruiting activities and career fairs.
- Create engaging social media content to promote job openings, hiring events, employee success stories, and Cube Hub's employer brand.
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Design basic graphics and recruitment campaigns using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to improve reach and candidate attraction.
- Work closely with recruiters and the Business Development team to promote priority hiring initiatives.




- Track recruiting and social media metrics and provide weekly reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, social media management, digital marketing, or campus recruiting.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours for at least a few overlapping hours each day.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Handshake or university recruiting platforms.
- Experience working with a U.S.-based staffing or recruiting company.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Basic video editing or content creation experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness of Handshake job postings.
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified student and early-career candidates.
- Increase Handshake engagement, applications, and follower growth.
- Publish 3–5 social media posts per week promoting Cube Hub and open positions.
- Increase candidate engagement through social media campaigns.
- Deliver weekly reports on recruitment marketing activities and results.
